Our Resident Services Program engages the children and families of the communities we serve with an extensive network of organizations and community groups. We connect residents to counseling, training, and other resources they need to improve their quality of life as well as that of their families. We also offer community spaces so that residents have a safe place to meet and engage one another.
NPCDC emphasizes community input. All our development projects offer opportunities to engage the local community. Our projects thrive on local community input and participation. Our goal is to help individuals and families realize the dreams they have for the communities in which they live, work, and grow.

NPCDC is committed to helping businesses grow and providing jobs to residents of the communities we serve and the projects we develop, as well as subcontracting opportunities to local small businesses. We also develop lasting partnerships with businesses and other nonprofits that place services directly within our communities.
