We have demonstrated our commitment to improving the lives of residents in the communities we build through our Resident Services Program.
+ Our staff includes a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator who is a licensed social worker with over 30 years of experience assisting the most vulnerable populations in the District of Columbia.
+ We engage an extensive network of local individuals, businesses, and city and community organizations to provide services ranging from life crisis intervention and economic assistance to life skills training and community events such as our annual BBQ and Resident Appreciation Day.
+ We ensure the wellbeing and improvement of each residents’ life by staying connected and keeping residents engaged with their local communities and the services offered therein.
Our Resident Services Program has committed, long-term financial backing.
+ A portion of each draw down on earned developer fees is allocated to Resident Services.
+ We have helped found two small construction companies that both contribute a portion of their profits each year to Resident Services.
+ In addition, these companies employ over 20 residents of the District of Columbia, and the communities we serve are always are first source for finding employees.
